Tools-Options-Calculation and check the "Automatic" box.
Abnd a tip - when posting to newsgroups, don't use a generic subject of
"Excel 2000" - as this group is dedicated to Excel, we *know* your question
is about some version of Excel. Try to put a precis of the problem in the
subject line.
