Default How to move location of chart within a worksheet?

When I create a chart, its initial location on a
worksheet seems to be determined with where the
"cursor" (selected cell?) is at them time.

With nearly 10900 rows, sometimes this leaves the
chart near row 10900.

What is the fastest way to move the chart near
col X row 1 after the fact?

(Hindsight is 20-20.)

The only way I now is to drag it up. But that
can take a lot of time as Excel scolls the rows
down to show movement.

If there is option to disable display updates
during such drag operations, where is it?

(But if I disable display updates, how do I see
where I am while I am dragging?)

Of course, I would prefer to learn that there
is a "location" option that allows me to control
the col/row position of the chart.

(None that I see with the real "location" option
-- unless there is some syntax I am not aware of.)

Finally, if I must drag, are there tricks to use
that would speed things up.

For example, I set the view to 25%. That helps.
