Default can't see highlighted colors in Excel except in Print Preview

This problem may occur if you have high-contrast Accessibility Options turned
on.
To work around this problem, turn off the high-contrast Accessibility
Options. To do this, follow these steps.

Note : Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the
following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your
product documentation to complete these steps.

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Accessibility Options.
3. On the Display tab, click to clear the Use High Contrast check box.
4. Click OK to close the Accessibility Options dialog box.

click yes below, if it works

We are having trouble at my job with Excel 2003. We can highlight cells in a
worksheet but you will not be able to see the colored highlighted cell until
you open print preview. Have we turned something off by mistake?
