Can any one help me in the following,

If I have the excel file

22 23 26
65 01 -32
32 - 53 10
12 23 22


How I do the following

1- Count the data in A with the condution IF CX 0
so the amount will be 22+32+12

2- Count the data in C with the condution IF CX <0
so the amount will be -32
