Default MS Word and MS Excel won't open from the START menu.
MS Word and MS Excel won't load from the START menu, but they wil open on the
desktop shortcut.

Other programs will load from the START menu, but not those MS Word and MS
Excel programs.

Double-clicking on a MS Word or MS Excel file opens fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
