Formatting changes on different comps, Excel 2000
If you're using Excel 2007, it has a save to pdf option. For earlier versions, you need a pdf distiller such as Adobe Acrobat Pro -
there are many other available too, for fewer $ if you don't need all of Acrobat's functionality.

How do I save my excel in a PDF format, then?

Hi Concernicus,
Unless the other user's system has the same setup as yours, including the same display driver & driver settings and printer
driver &
settings, you can't count on the workbook looking the same on both systems.
If you have a finished product that needs to be presented in a particular way, try creating a PDF and sending that.

In using Excel 2000, I made a big spreadsheet with specific font formatting
and many sheets.
When finished, i put the file on a network drive (I work for a company).
Another user accessed the file, but the font was changed, pictures moved, and
so on.
The user also has Excel 2000, and also has the font installed.
How can I fix it so the user can access the file as it was made?
