In F27, enter:
=if(J27="Y",NETWORKDAYS($C26,$E26,$D$85:$E$85)-1,"")

In G27, enter:
=if(J27="N",NETWORKDAYS($C26,$E26,$D$85:$E$85)-1,"")

Just copy this down the column. If you need more help, post back.
