Below is part of the table i setup, when all tasks are level 1 i want the
cell with the name in to turn green, the previous answers do not achieve
this, but thanks for trying to help and please keep trying, this is not
important i would just like to do it.

Tie neck in bag Level 1 Level 1
Use hoists to lift and lower bags Level 1 Level 2
Reset bag entry cables Level 1 Level 3
Stretch neck up/down Level 1
Clamp up/down Level 1
