Hello,

A solution without holidays:
=A2-A1+1-INT((A2-MOD(A2-1,7)-A1+7)/7)-INT((A2-MOD(A2-6,7)-A1+7)/7)-INT
((A2-MOD(A2-7,7)-A1+7)/7)

A1: Start Date
A2: End Date
