I guess I must have been lucky the first time I tried it, and had my cursor
in exactly the right place, because it worked perfectly the first time, but
now when I tried to repeat it, the second right-click gives me the same
"Paste Special" options (either "Paste" or "Paste link"), instead of that
screen which allowed me to select Format before.

I guess I'm missing the subtlety of (same spot), since when I right click to
select the Paste Special option, I have to move the pointer to select the
"Paste link", and then, each time I try right-clicking again, I don't get the
choices that helped me the first time.

Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong here ?

This process worked GREAT, copying all of the data from the columns that I
wanted into my new Workbook, but what it didn't copy is the Formatting type
attributes (Boldness, Alignment, Cell Format, etc.) from the Source Workbook.

What I would like to know is whether there is anything I could do
differently, so that I would get not only the raw data, but also the same
formatting that it has in the Source Workbook when it is displayed in my
Target Workbook.
