Default AUTOMATIC CHANGES HIGHLIGHTING

How can I Track changes on worksheet using colour to highlight differences
on COLUMNS that are change from the last modification when opening the file.
I need to find a way of automatically highlighting the COLUMNS which have
been changed. Is this possible? Even if new COLUMNS were added to the
worksheet. Thanks and Appreciate your time
