Two issues...
First one is I've applied some Data Validation to restrict data entry to
values in a list (referred via Named Range) . However, whilst the Data
Validation is providing a pick list to select from, it doesn't prevent entry.
Any suggestions? Error Alert type is set to STOP.

Secondly, is there any way to have the pick list in alphabetical order?
