Default Why is there no Freeze Panes option in the Windows drop-down box?
My colleague has no Freeze Panes in his Windows drop-down box. He has
forwarded the same spreadsheet to me, and I do have the Freeze Panes option
when I open the document. (Excel 2003 SP3 on Windows XP). Thx.
