The File Open display in Excel 2007 recently changed (without intervention
that I am aware of) to now be a full screen. The File Open in other Office
2007 programs, including Word and Access, have remained at normal, partial
screen size. I cannot find any guidance on how to reset the File Open
display to only be a partial screen.
