Default Highlighrt a Row

In Conditional Formatting, use "Formula Is" rather than "Cell Value Is", and
use an absolute reference for the column and relative reference for the row,
e.g. Formula Is =$L1=42

Hi,

How do I highlight an entire row by looking at one cell in a column?

Thanks
