Default contain option in conditoinal formating

From menu

FormatConditional Formatting
In condition1 select 'Formula Is'

Enter
=COUNTIF(A1,"*VIJAY*")

and select a color

This will highlight the cell containing a word 'vijay' anywhere in the cell
