Default Extract Command in Excel 1

The 1985-7 version of Excel had a command "Extract" (I remember it, and
besides I have the manual). You set up "Database" and "Criteria" Areas, and
the command copied the records in the "Database" that met the criteria to the
area under the "Criteria." There was also a macro command "Extract," which
is what I really want to use. What is the name of the command in the 2003
version of Excel, and where is it? (I am using the Japanese version of Mac
2004 Excel, but I can probably figure it out if I have the English and the
place.)
