Default calculation suggestion?

im hoping someone can help me...

i have a spreedsheet that pulls web data and pastes it to an excel summary
page... usually only on fridays...

instead of one day a week, i would like to have the summary reflect the data
for the entire week. (monday thru friday) the problem is since monday
contains the same query to pull the web data as the rest of the days, the
numbers are overwritten everytime the forumla is calculated...

is there a way to turnoff the calculation on a cell range based on a
criteria. (ex: if today is monay, dont calculate a1 - a15)

or if anyone has an idea on how to do it, i would really appreciate it...
