From a given date in a cell how can i get following things in different cell
(1) week of the month
(2)Financial year week (fiscal week)
(3) Quarter

e.g.
if A1=02 MAY 2009 , I want
B1=1st week
C1=5th week (financial year 1st APR to 31st MAR)
D1=1st Quarter
