I need your help again.
What formula to use to do the following
If the number in a cell (B1) is 20 or less the max can enter in C3 is 15
cant go over 15 it can be less.
but if the number in the same cell (B1)is more than 20 the max can enter in
C3 is 20.
That is two argument for one cell
