Default worksheet function (Formatting)

Hi,

Select the project codes and sort in ascending order. Then use Data
Subtotal (Count would be selected by default). Now after each code, the
count would appear. Select the range of codes and press F5 Special
Formulas. This will select all the rows with formulas. Press the delete
key.

Hope this helps.
