Assuming you mean that *every* cell in the range must contain "Yes".

Array entered** :

=IF(AND($AC$136:$AC$146="Yes"),"Yes", "No")

** array formulas need to be entered using the key combination of
CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER). Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT
key then hit ENTER.
