Default REMOVING A HUGE AMOUNT OF BLANKS ROWS

Seems easiest to just highlight the workbook and sort by a column. Then,
blank rows would be at bottom and you can delete in one fell swoop. Is that
an optin for you?

I tried to use "F5, Special, Blank, okay, Edit, Delete, Entire Row" but it
tells me " Selection to large" and stops.

With the blank rows going every other one, the file is 15850 rows long, only
3 columns wide.

Is there a formula that will handle such a large amount of rows?
