I need an equation in a cell (P4) that will depend on:
1) if the dollar amount is under $200,000 (in cell F17), the number I need
in cell P4 will be .0075 of the amount, or
2) if the dollar amount in F17 is $200,000 to $250,000, the number in P4 is
$1,700 and
3) if the dollar amount is over $250,000, the number is $2,200.
