Default how do i get excel text to change colour at a certain limit

Hi,

While on that cell, navigate to Format Conditional formatting and in the
cell value is, select equal 9. In the box to the right, type 9. Click on
the format button to apply a font or background colour. Click on OK. Now
when the entry in the cell is 9, the cell will appear in the select format.

To copy down/across, copy the cell with the conditional formatting and then
highlight the range over which conditional formatting has to be pasted. Now
press Alt+E+S+T.
