MS Excel saves the Qucik Access Toolbar setup in a file named Excel.qat in
C:\Documents and Settings\<username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\OFFICE\Excel.qat. Please check whether this file exists. This
file is created once you customize your QAT..
