Default Return first date populated

I see now, the dates are the column headers.

The array formula** I suggested will do what you want. Just change the
references to suit.

=IF(COUNT(B2:G2),INDEX(B$1G$1,MATCH(TRUE,ISNUMBER( B2:G2),0)),"")

Format as Date

** array formulas need to be entered using the key combination of
CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER). Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT
key then hit ENTER.
