Default Duplicate Rows

I don't recommend a TON of these formula on a sheet all at once, performance
may become an issue.

If there is data in A1 and you want the data duplicated in cells H1 and H2,
use this formula:

=INDIRECT("A"&CEILING(ROW()/2,1))

.....and just copy down as far as you want "two" copies of every cell in
column A.

Now create one for the B column in column I and copy that down.

I have a sheet with a number of rows which I'd like to be able to create 2
instances of with out having to copy paste etc. Is there a formula that will
return 2 instances of a specific data set?
