There are 2 places to get a check box from.

Bring up the Torms Toolbar - Select a check box and draw it on your sheet
- Rigth click the check box and select Format Control - Select the Control
tab - Add a cell reference to the Linked Cell

Bring up the Control Toolbox - Select a check box and draw it on your sheet
- Rigth click the check box and select Properties- Add a cell reference to
the Linked Cell - Exit Properties - Exit Design Mode by clicking the
Triangle Ruler & Pencil icon on the Control Toolbox.
