You can also achieve this using LOOKUP() funciton which makes the formula
shorter and easy to modify....

=LOOKUP(B21,{0,54,55,60,67,70,73,76,80,85,90},{"F" ,"F","D","C-","C","C+","B-","B","B+","A-","A"})
