Default Printing Issue in Excel 2007

Good thought. However, the print area cover just the data that I wish to
print. There are no blank rows or columns in the print area. So the data
can all fit into the 95% area as opposed to the 76% that Excel is defaulting
to.

Thanks for the thought.

Perhaps you need to check and adjust the Print Area?

I have an area of a spreadsheet I want to print. If I set the print
area normally it would print on 2 pages, with one column on the
second page. In page setup if I set the Scaling to be 95% normal
size it will print fine. However, if select to "Fit to 1 page wide by
1 page tall", it adjusts the printout down to 76% of normal size.

This happens on other files on occasion. What do I need to do so
that if I select to Fit to 1 wide by 1 tall it will automatically
adjust to printout to fill out the page (such as the 95% size) rather
than squeeze it down to a much smaller size with a lot of unused
space (like the 76% size).

Thanks
