Go to File, Page Setup.

On the Sheet tab, check to see if the gridlines box is checked. If so,
uncheck it, and the gridlines should not print even if showing on the
worksheet. If you do not want them to show on the worksheet, go to Tools,
Options, and on the View tab, uncheck the gridlines box.
