Default conditional formatting

Assume List1 is in A1:A100
Assume List2 is in B1:B100

Highlight all the data and color it orange.

Now highlight A1:A100, then click Format Conditional Formatting

Condition1: Formula Is: =COUNTIF($B$1:$B$100,A1)0
Format: Pattern: Green OK OK

Now repeat with B1:B100 with this formula in CF:
=COUNTIF($A$1:$A$100,B1)0

This will turn matching names green.
