Somehow Excel does not let me copy and paste cells from one workbook to
another workbook. After selecting cells I want to copy and press ctrl C,
dotted line blinks. If it's within the same workbook, I can paste the cells
to another location. However, if I try the same to anotehr workbook,
basically the dotted line blinking stops, and loses the copied cells, hence I
cannot paste over to another workbook.

I cannot fix this, or cannot see solutions anywhere, and it's been this way
for a couple of weeks now. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
