Try

=IF(ISERROR(SEARCH("16Z",A1)),"","Yes")

If you want (for example) to say No if it isn't there try

=IF(ISERROR(SEARCH("16Z",A1)),"No","Yes")

If you want it to be case sensitive change SEARCH to FIND
