Looks like your Decimal Separator and Thousand Separator have been setup like
that either in Excel or your system..
To change -
(Not sure about 2000 but in) Excel 2003 the navigation is
Tools-Options-International Tab - Number Handling Group...
You can specify Decimal Separator and Thousand Separator or opt to use the
System separators
To change the system settings on Windows Computers go to Control Panel -
Regional Settings...
