I have a spreadsheet will approximately 4,000 names, along with addresses,
and various other information.

I need to identify duplication in the First Name, Last Name fields only.
Advanced Filter only identifies duplication if the entire record is
identical. How can I identify (and not delete) duplicates for the First and
Last Name fields only?
