Make a pivot table of the data. Put the Sex field into the data area and
also in either the row or column area. The field in the data area is named
"Count of Sex", and by default displays 1 and 4. You can format this to
display as % of Column (if you put the second instance of the field into the
Rows area), and it displays 20% and 80%.
