Default export excel to word

I'm not sure this is the answer you're looking for or will give the exact
results you want, but perhaps give it a try:

Use File | Save As and choose the Text (Tab Delimited) (*.txt) option. You
can then open the .txt file created and copy and paste into your Word
document.

Similarly, you could save as a .CSV file and open it with either Word or
Notepad and copy and paste also. The basic difference between the two is
that the .txt file will have column information separated with the [Tab]
character, while the .CSV file will have them separated with commas.

Hope this helps.
