Excel 2002 introduced the built-in ability to combine data in data labels.
However, if you aren't using 2002 or later, or if you have more intricate
requirements, you can still get customized labels. In a range of the
worksheet, use formulas to construct the labels you want from the data. Then
use one of these free Excel tools to add these labels to the chart:
