Based on your posted sample, try this array formula** :

C1 = 8

=ADDRESS(MAX((A1:B5=C1)*ROW(A1:B5)),MAX((A1:B5=C1) *COLUMN(A1:B5)),4)

** array formulas need to be entered using the key combination of
CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER). Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT
key then hit ENTER.
