Format the formula cell as [h]:mm.

The brackets [ ] keep the hours from rolling over at 24 hours.

For example:

23:59, when that reaches 24:00 it rolls over to the next day and becomes
0:00.

47:59, when that reaches 48:00 it rolls over and becomes 0:00.

The brackets keep that from happening.
