can anybody help ?

I am using the venn diagram feature in Excel 2003.

(1) Is this feature installed in Excel 2002/XP/ and 2000
also ?

(2) Will I have to set the properties of the venn diagram
(figures and counts) through VBA code and labels on the
diagram ? Or is there a simpler way ?
