All of them have a plus sign in front of them? All of them have 8 digits?

If yes and assuming they are in Col A

then put this B1
=MID(A1,2,4)

this in C1
=MID(A1,6,2)

this in D1
=RIGHT(A1,2)

and finally this in E1
==DATE(B1,C1,D1)

Copy the formulas down...

You can Copy and PASTE SPECIAL as VALUES once you are happy with the
results...
