Default Few rows on my excell sheet have shifted down. How can I restore?

Select the range with the extra rows (Col G to P only)
Right Click
Choose Delete
Choose Shift Cells UP

Save a copy...

You can also select the first blank row, do the above and then keep pressing
F4...

Does anyone knows what can be done to fix this issue?
Thanks for your help,
