Ctrl+Home takes you to cell A1. If you just want to go to Row 1 in the same
column you are currently in, you can do that with Ctrl+UpArrow.

In the help file under "Keyboard shortcuts" / "Keys for workbooks and
worksheets" / "Move and scroll within worksheets":
CTRL+HOME Move to the beginning of the worksheet.
