Hi,

I have a excel sheet of my company employees details with their date of
birth (i.e. 20-Mar-71) detail.
now i want to short all rows by employee date of birth in acceding order.
like this:
18-Jul-1982
01-Aug-1985
08-Sep-1991
22-Nov-1986

Kindly suggest me on this.....
