Try custom format :
+#0;-#;0
You'll have to change it if you want to display decimals, thousands
symbols, etc.

Is it possible to change the display of positive numbers so that it displays
the plus sign (+) in MS Office Excel 2003? I tried the help screens but
couldn't find anything.
