=VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!$A$1:$H$100,2,FALSE)

assuming:

A1 is the cell on the invoice proforma sheet into which you enter the
invoice no.,

Sheet2 is the quotation sheet,

A1:H100 on Sheet2 contains the quotation data, and

2 represents the column number on the quotation sheet from which you want to
"pull" the data associated with the matching invoice no.
