i want to calk a loan in excel - and the

Variabels is :- rent, loan amount, year x, and total year payback

I want to calk the rest loan after x year (input value from user)

the user shall put in totalloan ,rent, years total to pay back.

the sheet shall show : rents and payments - every year too year (X ) and
rest amount in the end of year x

not show the total period !!



How can i calc this ?
